how its made
Every case is built around a powder-coated, twin-wall aluminium profile. This dual-layer frame is designed to decouple your gear from the outside world: creating a dedicated structural buffer that absorbs shocks and impacts before they reach your modules.
We don't mass-produce: we construct using industrial-grade materials that cut weight without sacrificing structural integrity.
By combining industrial-strength bonding with internal braced riveting, we have uncompromising mechanical integrity.
Precision cut rails are fitted with M3 threaded inserts and heavy duty flight-case hardware:

To keep your performance space organized, we use oversized rubber feet on the base. This provides essential clearance beneath the case, allowing you to run power and cables neatly underneath without obstruction.

The Jaana series utilised the hard nylon carry cases often used for drones & camera equipment. They are tough, shock proof cases, with a rubber sealed waterproof ring. They are an affordable and secure option for a perfectly formed portable case.
To make the lid removable, the lid has been taken apart & the hinges have been replaced with grenade style pull out pins. Cases come unpowered and are perfectly sized to fit into a backpack or carry via the included shoulder strap.
Perfect to pair with a MyVolts battery and Minirig for the ultimate portable setup.

The Jaana 3 is a great little skiff, providing 46hp in a 3u frame, with 45mm module depth allowance.
